Pizza shack family.jpg
Pizza Shack

The Pizza Shack, sister brand to the (elder) Falafel Shack, was manifested at the  intersection of  Chef Amer’s imaginative use of local ingredients, and his values of sustainability and waste free living. Similar to the Falafel Shack’s origins, Amer began making brick oven pizzas for his family and friends, using unique produce from CSAs &  farmers markets, and a variety of local meats from his friend’s farms. When there were  fresh ingredients that needed to be used, Amer would surprise his guests with a newly imagined combination of toppings! It was from these special community meals that the Pizza Shack was born.
