Stock up on your winter supply of Dickinson College Farm's roots! DCF will have lots of carrots on hand in addition to tender greens like spinach, salad mix and herbs plus cabbage, broccoli and more! This is DCF's last week at market until next spring so be sure to stop by.
Cool Beans has perfected hard pretzel sticks made from local whole wheat flours. These babies are as interesting as Katie’s soft pretzels, but offer a bit longer shelf life.
Keswick Creamery will have its aged cheeses (including acclaimed Cheese of the Month -Blue Suede Moo!!), regular Quark, brand new Onion & Dill Quark, the infamous Pimiento Spread and a new Cheddar & Olive Spread, Yogurt and Chocolate Pudding. (Sorry, no Ricotta or bovre this week but both will be back next week!)
Otterbein Acres will have roasted chicken, artisan cheeses and frozen meat of all varieties!
Oyler's Organic Farms will have cider as well as Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, York, and Fuji apples.
At Beemans, you'll find lots of Christmas cookies. There will be tins with an assortment of cookies that are nice for gift-giving and cookie trays of 5dozen of the little beauties.
Pecan Meadow Farm will have whole Muscovy and Mallard ducks, Pekin-crossed duck (whole, breast and legs), chicken (whole, breasts, legs & thighs, wings, backs &necks), goose, guinea fowl, lamb, rabbit and beef (steaks, roasts, stewing cubes, patties and sausage including sweet Italian, hot Italian, bratwurst and chorizo).

Also, since there are less than 20 shopping days until Christmas, might we suggest you pick up a few extra wooden market tokens to give as gift to your loved ones, your children’s teachers, or the mailman? If you stop by the Friends of the Farmers desk, the ladies there will sell you the tokens and package them up nicely in a FOTS-green envelope which will also include a list of all FOTS winter markets! Please note that since the tokens never expire, they can be used whenever FOTS is open for business.
