Volunteers Needed! The season is starting to ramp up, so It means that unloading it all at the start of the market is getting to be a bigger job, and the farmers would be delighted to have a few extra people on the square then to help them unload their wares. Farmers start arriving at 1.30, so if you're inspired to be part of the set-up hubbub (and get a little weight-lifting in!) between 1.30pm and 3.00pm, or to help close up between 7pm and 7.30, on any or all Wednesdays, you will be most welcome! Just email Carla snyder.carla@gmail.com; she'll give you all the details and be sure to schedule you when you'll be most needed.

The Pitt Street Bike Gang offers free bike tuneups at the market! Biking is a great way to stay fit, run errands around town, and enjoy the beautiful flat scenery Carlisle has to offer! Bring your rusty bikes to us for basic repair, mid-season tuneups (lubing, adjustments, and sizing) and a lesson in flat-tire repair. Any bike accepted, especially childrens bikes. Donations accepted for parts and labor but no bike or rider will be turned away! Stay up to date with the gang and to see when they will be at the market on their facebook page!

Children's area!
We've had coloring for kids to do from the very start, but now there will be a dedicated spot for children who come along to the square!
